Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) (Monday – Friday)

Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Time: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday)

Standard US orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7-15 business days.

Please note that this is an estimate only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or US federal holidays.

Shipping partners

Domestic orders in the United States are shipped by USPS. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer a flat rate for shipping within the continental United States using USPS for $6.99.

Delivery Locations

We ship throughout the United States. If you are outside of this area, please contact us for assistance.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect address

If your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to amend your order for you. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we can see if we can update your details before your order is shipped.

Please note, we cannot guarantee that any changes will be possible due to the high volume of orders we ship on a daily basis. If the delivery address is incorrect, we will not be able to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

Return to sender

If your parcel has been automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange a redelivery or store credit when we receive the parcel. This typically occurs when the carrier has attempted multiple delivery attempts or your parcel is awaiting collection at a local post office and is now being returned to our Distribution Centre.

Please note that the return to sender fee will be deducted from any compensation received. We are unable to process refunds for returned parcels.

Taxes and Customs

For customers located anywhere in the world outside the United States, the price you pay at checkout will not include import duties and sales taxes. Additional fees may apply when you receive your order.
