30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns for items ordered within 30 days of receiving the item.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for return label. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned product unless otherwise stated.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.

Return Processing Time

After receiving your returned product, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Once completed, a refund confirmation email will be generated and sent to you.

Please note that returns may take additional processing time during peak seasons.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the product is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the purchased product and, after accepting the return, purchase the new product separately.

Cancel (Cancel Order)

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you have 24 hours to change your mind. However, if your order has already been processed, unfortunately we are unable to process the request.
